We are a small family business that values the individual. We realize that in day to day living life can be very frustrating and difficult. We want to make sure that when you come home you can relax and enjoy your night. Our goal is to provide people in the Yakima Valley with not just a house but a place for their family to call home.
Meet Our Team
Mark Gefre
Owner/Investment Officer

After graduating from Perry Tech and working a few years in the auto mechanic field, he decided to take his career into the real estate market. Over the years he has purchased houses in the Yakima Valley, remodeling them and renting them out.
​
In his free time, he is very active in the church and coaches basketball at Riverside Christian School.
Jared Gefre
Construction Specialist
​
After Graduating, Jared spent a year working overseas as a missionary in the Dominican Republic. When he came back he decided to join the family business. He specializes in construction and maintenance.
​
Outside of work, Jared loves to be involved in his local church and serves in children's ministry, the youth group and in home and foreign missions.
He also has a black lab dog that he loves very much!
Benjamin Gefre
Property Manager

Benjamin spent 2 years overseas working with Missionaries in Costa Rica and Venezuela before coming home to Yakima and joining the family business. He manages the properties and helps take care of the tenants.
​
He has a passion for people and loves to serve other in any way he can. He helps lead missions trips as well as helping at Camp Hope.
